"Lovely guy, who had to sort out replacing a flat tyre whilst he had the car. It caused him quite a few delays to his plans, but he got it replaced because of it happening on a weekend. He was good at communicating and returned the car in great condition. It was a shame he was so late back, but his ferrry left early so not his fault!"
