"The dashboard randomly flicks on and off with an error message. The car seemed to work fine but it’s not what you want to see when you hire a car. It should be fixed before being rented out again"

"The car broke down at the M4 reading services, it remains there. We tried rolling start, jump leads etc but couldn’t get it to work. We were on our way to our wedding tasting and without a Good Samaritan who drive us there, we would’ve missed it. For anyone doubting us, please ask yourself why the hell we would leave the car at a services when we picked it up from London. There’s also lots of chat history and pictures / videos as evidence. We filled the car to full costing us £55 from empty. We will also be claiming that back as part of a full refund."

"All was fine but the remote central locking system (key buttons) with the car couldn’t lock/unlock door so had to go through the app every time. As we were on a weekend away in the countryside we didn’t always have phone signal and that presented issues"

"This car was AMAZING. So smooth to drive and featured all mod cons suitable for that road trip away. My friend Susan could not stop raving on about the dash board monitor which allowed us to use Google maps, Spotify and in car calling. Customer service throughout and at end of trip was prompt and effective. Thanks HIYA. You guys are great 👍"
