"When I booked it was 1 pound to extend for 15 minutes. Then when I need to extend to spend some more time with my family, I saw that its 11 pounds to extend 15 minutes. 4 pounds of that is for Booking.
If I ad 1 hour then 25 pounds. 10 of them is Booking fee. I am very frustrated. I will Uninstall this app.
I was sharing with my friends this app. I see the real face now.

"This car isn't in the best condition inside or out, but it got me where I needed to go and back. App kept crashing, which made the experience not great. Took a long time to pick-up and return the car due to the app issues and made locking/ unlocking the car painful."

"Generally a pleasant experience but picking up and dropping off the car is a little onerous - especially in the dark. How are you supposed to take useful photos when it is raining and pitch black outside?"
