"Car was dirty and had significantl damage that wasn't a good indication when collecting the car. The parcel rack was on the floor and it needed a hover."

"The vehicle location didn’t show up on the app so I had to contact hiyacar via their chat service which took a while. Then the pics wouldn’t submit so I wasted 30min trying to start the booking. The tank was only half full so hopefully I’ll get reimbursed for the extra fuel I put in. Not the best experience overall!"

"Great car! The Bluetooth locking mechanism is really frustrating, strongly suggest you put the key in the glove box for both uses."

"Car was fine but needed a good hoover. There was hardly any screen wash, making it difficult to clean the windscreen. Also the fuel tank was only 3/4 full, making it difficult to work out how much to put back in.
On the plus side, the rear reversing camera is excellent. The back seats were roomy, as was the boot.

"Overall our first experience of Hiyacar was really good and the convenience of the service is fantastic. Using the app to lock and unlock the car was great and worked almost all of the time, although we had a couple of occasions where my phone didn’t have any signal/4g and this meant we struggled to open it immediately.
On arrival at the car, we did find the interior of the vehicle hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned by the previous person before our trip started, and there was quite a lot of crumbs and stains on the dashboard and door panels, so disappointingly, we had to clear up their mess before leaving.
Apart from these minor hiccups, the service was fantastic and we will definitely be using hiyacar again. It’s also worth noting the online help desk customer service is brilliant and provide a really prompt response if you encounter any issues.

"I would rather there is no car hire logo otherwise ,excellent service
Only downside is customer service was not readily available, worth while investment in my view.
