"Taking photos before and after a hire is a bit of a faff, not as convenient as Zipcar to pick up and drop off."

"There is an issue with locking this care. It would take 5 to 6 attempts before the car would lock during the hire period. When ending the car hire the car did not automatically lock, even though the process was completed on the app. The car was immobilised but the doors were unlocked."

"Very easy to find the car. Good location with street lights. Important if collecting the car in the dark. Car clean and well looked after. Nice alternative to the standard C3. With the aircross you have more of an SUV style ride. Easy to work controls, sat nav etc. Disappointed with the fact that the car needs a service so the anti collision damage sensors are faulty. Error message on screen and the ABS system has a fault also so that isn't working. Again error message on dashboard. Steering column slipped on the offside front wheel when reversing off my drive, and also when applying the brakes in reverse, the front brakes made a horrible screeching sound. Personally I wouldn't hire this car again in a hurry until the issues have been fixed. This is why I have given it 1 *."
