"Not a 5* experience this time. Car was filthy inside and out. A half eaten chocolate bar, receipts, someone's house keys and mud in the car, plus less than 3/4 tank of fuel on pickup. Really buggy locking mechanism, had to hit 'lock' multiple times - annoying but could live with it during the booking, but when it came to returning the car it had not locked when I ended my booking, leaving me standing next to the unlocked car in the cold for 20 mins as it was before the customer support team started work and there was no other way of locking it..."

"Had slight difficulty locating the vehicle as it was about 150m from location shown on map on Android phone. The live chat help was superb to be fair and they helped me find it quickly! Vehicle windows and exterior were very dirty and windscreen water tank was empty. Once I refilled this and wiped down the side windows it performed perfectly. Nice car, economical on fuel, drives well. Overall found the service very convenient and the keyless operation was very slick."

"Car was ok. Needs windscreen fluid and a bit messy internally, nothing major though. Also provided usb cable doesn't work properly so good thing I brought my own. Fine for what needed though, really not complaining."

"Excellent service & response from the owner & Hiya car support team. A very sound & reliable car. Initially I was reluctant because I’ve not seen this particular model & needed generous boot space but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the space was very sufficient.
