"Without mobile data it's often difficult to take photos and lock car. Even though I was onetime I had to wait 10-15 mins to access someone's hotspot. Not your problem..."

"I usually have great Hiya car experiences but here the system didn’t work well…the return process was a nightmare.
I was able to prebook my car ti return at 8pm Sunday night but then when I picked up the car & I read all the car instructions it said it had to be back by 4pm as the car park would be closed after this.
It was down to me to alert Hiya to the problem. This meant I had to return it the next morning which was really inconvenient. And to make matters worse the car booking wasn’t extended automatically so on Sunday night at 8 it ceased to work as Hiya didn’t bother anticipate in advance so the car would be available to drive…so more messages followed before it was extended wasting another 30mins of my busy Sunday evening. All I got was a £15 credit for the inconvenience which is not much, hence this review.
The only good news was the car was great, but the fuel gauge is hard to read so I overfilled it when I returned it so I’m out of pocket on that too!"

"All ok except this is stored in the Tesco carpark where the main gates close when the store is shut (5pm on a Sunday) which means you have to drive in the exit"

"The car itself was good to drive.
Hiyacar severe were absolutely appalling.
Wasted 2 hours of my time with incompetence device & os that I had to solve myself.
So after destroying my plan weekend they did nothing except to offer me a refund.
No a discount or where the nearest cars I could use.
Just a F refused after destroying weekends holidays."
