"A ridiculously complicated car to drive with added unresponsive automatic function. Not helped by the app thinking the car was miles away when it wasn't meaning I couldn't unlock the car and Hiyacar taking 30 mins to fix it. Not impressed."

"After long complication with my original booking being moved I was helped by an amazing agent. The car however is very temperamental as the fuel gauge does not properly represent how much fuel is used and quickly drinks and consumes petrol. The car is nice and nippy and small."

"FYI - the car alerted me to top up the air pressure on the tires and reinitialise the setting, which I did.
Feedback on the lock/unlock system - the car operates with a dual-lock (child lock?) system, therefore at times require a double lock before it is properly locked. This was fine during the usage of the car once you are aware of it, but upon completion of my booking, the car didn't lock even though I ended my booking with the "Lock" feature. I had to message separately such that someone had to lock it on your end instead. Wonder if there is any way to improve this as it was not clear what I could have done in that scenario."

"As expected there is still an open and pending serious complaint to make to Hiya car about simply terrible customer service and unsafe and unreasonable customer service with ridiculous expectations and no sense of responsibility for circumstances beyond customer control. At potentially huge personal cost - never mind significant personal loss"
