"Good experience picking up, driving and dropping off the car however the hourly cost of insurance is ridiculous and makes what is a great service a significant outgoing. This should be reviewed as a flat fee per day, and users should be able to input details of third party insurance policies where relevant (no reason this shouldn’t be doable even if something that has to go through a review and approval stage)."

"Having used hiyacar for at least 3 years, I have noted declining functionality in the app and its ability to complete the check in process or (as in the case today) connect with the car and start the engine. On three occasions where we started the car after a period away from the vehicle (including pick up and drop off) the car didn't recognise the app. I restarted the app and re-installed the app, and used the app on my partners phone before getting the car started, wasting minutes of timeslot. Please review the apps functionality as a matter of urgency - it has failed in some way on three of my last hires and is getting repetitive."

"Terrible experience start to finish. Issues with booking the car, sat nav wouldn't work no matter what we tried, no key given only phone so it wouldn't lock or unlock several times. Horrendous"

"I was surprised with this car, drives lovely, handles 20mph zones like a dream, no lag on the engine, spacious in the passenger seat, bit tight in the back if you have a passenger with long legs. Love the i-cockpit. Very comfortable seats especially if you are on a long drive.
So impressed, I'm considering one on subscription."

"Great system…. short term rental works very well simple to use and understand.
Staff extremely responsive replying to questions near instantly. Which is great when all alone in a dark car park struggling to get the car to do what I want!
It would be helpful to have a mini manual in car. I.e where the lights are, how they work, how to open fuel cap. Where the pin number is concealed. How to work the sat navigation - kiss keep it simple please. Thanks"
