"Not sure if it was my bad luck but the car needs a serious check. Hired for two days and the first day was just awful, not being able to speed with more than 40 miles per hour. Contacted Hiiacar and been offered an AA service but decided not to use it as would take a huge time from our short trip. Would hire again, as it wasn’t the first time I used this vehicle but just if this is going to be checked and fixed."

"Gave one star only because of the car conditions. Rented for a full day and found it extremely dirty, both the interior and exterior! Great price overall!"

"The car was good, fuel economy is decent and it was clean. Would definitely rent again if needed.
One point to note - the fuel policy should be full tank to full tank. The fuel gauge was not at 100% when I took it (let’s say it was at 80ish), so it is extremely difficult to get the car back with the same fuel. Not sure if this is to do with Hiyacar or the Owner but is definitely something to look into"
