"I specifically asked prior to booking ARE THE TYRES OK? the man said yeah yeah course, vehicles been checked. Immediately an error message comes up regarding the inflation of the tyres. Steers to the right, squeaky brake pedal, not in good condition inside or out. Decent enough to drive."

"Tyre check emergency light illuminated from time of pickup. Vehicle did not look properly and drop off and I had to lock it from inside and climb out of the boot. I strongly recommend against hiring this vehicle until these issues are resolved."

"This was my first hiyacar, i was looking forward to getting used to sharing economy.. i followed the direction to where car should have been. Nothing, couldnt find it, went up and down the road and caw was nowhere to be found. Spoke to hiyacar and they said sorry car is at another street! Great, now i am already late. Then the app interface asks you to scan your face on the app before letting you access the car. This would have been great, however, the face scan on app doesnt work. Stood around scanning my face multiple times no luck. Anyway somehow it worked after 5 more mins wasted!! Did my journey and then all of sudden the car says times up. i had booked for 6 hours at £40 for a peugoet 208 (£8/hr). It turns out they had actually booked 4 hours at £10/hr. This is not great, £10/hr for a small car is extortionate, there are cheaper car available with competitors. In the end, when i returned the car, it wouldnt lock after following every step on app. Wasted 1/2 hour to lock car."
