"Car and process was fine. The car only had a quarter tank in it and so I filled it up to help next driver. However, the Hiyacar app wasn’t working properly and I could not make a claim."

"Owner replied to messages in record speed & the car was really great to drive. Just need to double check the car locks because sometimes it would say it was locked on the app without actually being locked. But was an absolutely brilliant experience and so easy to drive. Thanks!"

"Easy pickup. Nice to drive. Had a few odd warning lights (tyres + oil) throughout that appeared and disappeared making it a little stressful. Passenger side window gets stuck and seems to have mechanical fault."

"Although this isn’t directly Hiyacars fault, the previous user had left a lot of rubbish in the car including toilet rolls and a brick.
The car stank of cigarette smoke and it was obvious the previous user had used the cup holders as an ashtray.
It was quite disgusting."

"Sometimes it took a couple of attempts to lock the car so best to check locked. But easy to know as mirrors fold in."

"Overall not a great experience. Owner non responsive to any messages. Car dropped off about 3km from where it should be. Vehicle dirty and stank of cigarettes - hiyacar chat bot pretty rubbish too and support really not that helpful."

"Second time renting this car. Unfortunately this time was a little disappointing. Exterior was really dirty. Interior was also very messy - rubbish and used masks were left inside and not removed by previous renter.
Besides these issues, it is a good car. Nimble and with good fuel economy."
