"I was very happy with my first hiyacar experience. The pick up and drop off instructions on the app were very helpful and the keyless technology was simple to use. The car itself was easy and enjoyable to drive. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"The vehicle was fine to drive it was more the cleanliness of the vehicle which was the issue. It had dog hair, dog slop, chips and a used covid mask in the backseat. We sanitised everything we touched but I think Hiyacar needs to put some sort of practice in place so the new users get a clean car, especially during the pandemic situation. Messaged Dan a few times but got no response."
