"The car was in a completely different location, 15 mins walk to the one I booked (a whole other car sharing space). This was far beyond reasonable “approximate location”"

"This is the second time I have used Hiyacar and I am very impressed with the service. Unfortunately we had some problems dropping off the car at the end of the booking. Another car was parked in the space where the Hiyacar was meant to be. We tried an alternative Hiyacar space only to find that occupied. It then took some time trying to fathom out from the app what we were meant to do. I eventually found out that we needed to go back to where the car was meant to be parked and park it as near as possible with a photo of the car that had parked in the Hiyacar space. We did this but by then I had run out of time on the booking and did not go through the procedure to leave the car. I did report all this by email and had a very prompt response but it did create rather a stressful end of our evening. I would still use the service again."
