"Car not as clean as expected and not in bay 10 as per instructions however owner very responsive to messages with regards to drop off location.
Great car and great fuel economy - will definitely hire again."

"Car is fine - nippy to drive and the hire was easy. Just a couple of things to mention - there is no Bay 10 marked on the drop off road, even though that is where you ask the car to be left. Also the inside of the windscreen could do with a clean"

I have booked this car to go to my son’s wedding in Wales on Friday the 21st at 10 am but to pick up the car was a complete nightmare!
I have used this car the previous week and it worked fine there was no problems at all so this Friday I was confident that picking up the car will be fine.
To my dissatisfaction the car had an alarm on then when I try to communicate with members of the staff it took ages! Then they couldn’t solve the problem then another technician had to be involve......in the mean time it took 2 hours to managed to get the car unlocked and I could drive it but when I need it to lock it I needed to contact the staff member which it takes ages to get a reply 👎
It put a damper on my son’s wedding celebration as I could not drive the car around Wales as it would have been a real fiasco every time I had to use it!
Anyway today Sunday I drove and took it back but very worried that something happen with the car.
Anyway I am very disappointed and I’m afraid I won’t"

"There is something wrong with the car. Hopefully just the tracking but could be one of the steering rods (probs front passenger side). Can't tell so much in london but I drove to canvey on the A13 and at points it was scary. I used to deliver cars and then worked as a courier... over 20 years of driving experience. This car isn't safe.
Hopefully something cheap to fix early on."
