"Overly complicated system compared to Zipcar. Everything worked fine, but the refueling system is awkward and tales time out of your booking. Taking photos at every booking seems unnecessary. Not having a reserved bay to park the car also makes it harder to find parking at the end."

"Really great car, got up to 80 on the motorway without any effort [so be careful]. Pretty automated inside [transmission, ventilation, Apple CarPlay etc]. Was a little put off by ‘final pick up location given 30 mins before’ but with quick messaging got it sorted.Would definitely rent this car again."

"This is a nice car to hire. Easy to drive and in good condition (apart from a few external dings).
The only negative is that the parking instructions are confusing. They say park in a “pay and display bay” and there are no such bays on this road. I think it means park in a resident’s parking CPZ bay and that is what I did."
