"Took me a while to find the car as it wasn’t parked where it was meant to be and the app said it had not been returned by the previous customer. Eventually found it parked down a side street 20 yards away after 10 mins. The car itself was brilliant, perfectly clean inside and with over half a tank. Drove smoothly throughout."

"The car was with a disgusting smell of cigarettes, lots of rubbish on the doors and also outside the car as seen on pics.
Fuel was also very low.
I’m returning the car clean, with more than 300 miles range of fuel.
I should be refunded for that extra fuel."
