"The owner forgot about our appointment and was late, which was annoying but happens. The car was confortable to drive and easy. But the support of Hiya car was inexistant, we had to call every 5min for 40min in order to have their team give the owner a phone call... This is unnacceptable."

"Really easy car hire experience, met the owner checked in and were on our way quickly. The car was perfect for helping us to move our stuff between houses.
Communication was great and he was very accomodating as I had to move the booking forward two hours and then also extend.
