"The owner Michele is extremely helpful and messages immediately. She was accommodating and Very kind and left supplies for pets if your a pet owner. Michele also took care to leave a phone charger and Bluetooth device as well as different phone connectors. The car is a great drive. And I would recommend! On the other hand HiYa the app and staff is not designed to be stress free. It took them 45 minutes to get me access to the car which caused immense stress. Because of this I missed a lifetime event which I will never get back. But this has nothing to do with the owner or the car for which I highly recommend."
