"Good car. The connection app-car was not always the best. Very happy with Hiya’s customer service, very quick and helpful. A special thanks to Matt who helped us when the app wouldn’t work while we were returning the car, and also when we realised we had forgotten a camera under the passenger seat after the return process was complete. "Generally good experience. Drove down to Alton towers and back in this car without issues. Car was dirty both exterior and interior on pickup, not excessively but certainly hadn't been cleaned since the last rental. Few minor things were damaged. Car was overdue for a service by about 1800 miles according to the dash which wasn't ideal but didn't cause any issues. I didn't have any need to contact hiya car or use the insurance so can't comment on how smoothly that would have went. Overall would probably use again if I needed a car in a pinch."
