"Connection to lock and unlock car and start engine constantly didn’t work which meant that out of a 48 hour rental I spent over 8 hours trying to get someone to fix the problem/worrying about the car being stolen when I had to leave it unlocked overnight. Hiya car responded but simply said to contact the AA which was not very helpful at all!"

"Car came half empty with fuel. The clutch and break are almost on top of each other making it difficult to use them quickly. There is also a ledge to the left of the clutch that makes it difficult to depress."

"Unfortunately the car was filthy, both outside and especially inside when we collected it on 5 June. It clearly had not been cleaned for a while and was not really satisfactory. I can send pictures if you require but overall we expected better for a car that cost £100 for just 2 days."
