"Nice car, and fairly clean when picked up. But the pickup did not go smoothly. My brand new Redmi Note 12 phone would not connect and unlock the car. Luckily, I was able to log in to the account from an older Samsung Galaxy, and that worked. Even so, I found locking and unlocking the car via a phone app quite a clunky process. At least the big, shouty Hiyacar branding on the side of the car made it easy to find in a car park."

"Much more difficult to Pick up than I had imagined. Car was showing that it should have been services 3000 Miles ago. The collision Warning system was not working. No instructions on how anythinng worked. Dont Think I will use this service Shaun"

"Pretty good concept though the reliance on your mobile phone with enough battery is always at the back of my mind. The car was really good to drive though the car shows the car service is overdue by nearly 2000 miles. The car collision function seemed to pop up as a fault too. The whole starting and turning off the car is very clunky. This Vauxhall Corsa SRI is such a great car though, great mpg"

"I was quite hesitant about having to open/close the car all the time with the phone in case I ran out of battery, but it turned out fine! Drives very well and a full tank is about 50£, so very nice. One minor thing to point is that it doesn't have an extra tyre in case you puncture one of them..."

"Have used hiya car a good few times and this is definitely my favourite car. Sporty Costa that is nice to drive and connects to Apple Car Play which is a bonus. The only downside of using Hiya Car is the previous customers who have rented the car. When I picked it up, the car was filthy with 130 miles worth of petrol. I always thought you had to return the car with a full tank and the car clean. Would use again but Hiya car need to be reviewing customers photos when you drop the car off."
