"Mixed feelings: the car itself was nice and the customer support was helpful (when available). However, I found myself stranded at Glasgow airport because my flight landed after the contractual drop off time. There was no way to get access to the vehicle, and no option to extend the booking on my own as I needed a member of their staff, though no one was available until the morning after. The vehicle wasn’t even located where I was standing , instead it was marked as available miles away, at the original pick up point. A significant bug! I believe Hiya should prevent a situation like this, where people may need to get access to their belongings left in the car or extend the rental. I had to book a hotel for the night + pay for cabs. Hiya apologised with 5£ credit. Also, I received extra 10£ upon pickup as the vehicle was left quite dirty and muddy inside by the previous user."

"We didn't get the full tank as expected (far from it actually...) so we had to start our trip by filling it. The car wasn't clean (inside and outside) and has some damage: do not forget to check properly and take the relevant pictures.
Apart from that, the car was pleasant to drive and I didn't have any issues during our trip. More than enough for 2 or 3 people, it could be small for 4 people."
