"Hiyacar charged me 165 pounds for a parking permit that was not visible. I parked the car properly where it had to and I didn't touch any parking permit at any point. If it happened to be missing, I can't be considered as responsible. I am strongly disappointed by this and by the fact that Hiyacar is not responding smoothly to the messages I sent. I hope we can find a positive issue to this problem."

"Used google maps to navigate to the street, walked the entire street and many more round it, couldn’t locate the car. Messaged help and didn’t get a response until the next day (not so helpful on a 5 hr booking) so wasted a taxi ride and bus fare and couldn’t use the car (so wasted that fee too)."
