"I reported that this car have problems three days ago and it was back so I presumed you had dealt with these 790 miles over its last service and still disconnects constantly so I once again I was stuck in a garage trying to fuel up before dropping it off, and it was not locking or unlocking For the key wasn’t working until I went through the operation several times to turn my phone off and on and then suddenly it worked again. I’m done now no more for you. What a really awful experience again"

"I Aircon didn’t work. Locks were faulty. Car wouldn’t start totally stressful. Had to put an extra hour on the car just to take it back five minutes around the corner. No customer service to speak of as it it’s leave a message and hope someone gets back to you in the next 45 minutes or so quite honestly the business model like this, never ever going to even come remotely close to rival in Zipcar, awful awful experience"

"Problems with the app and locking mechanism of the car so much, so I had to extend by an extra half an hour otherwise I would’ve been fined. For the price you are charging would’ve thought at least some fuel would’ve been included.-"

"Actually, the vehicle was great it’s a fantastic car lovely to drive and with superb vision all round from the windows and the mirrors. The only reason I gave it four stars is because today was a hot day and the air-conditioning needs re-gassing as was blowing warm air.
Hi Carl, again not much wrong there. However, the app is so overly complicated and not being able to take the key out with you and constantly having to use the app to unlock the car is slightly irritating. Plus it was tense at the end because it wasn’t great signal where I was, and it took forever to upload the photographs and was being my first hire. I was quite fearful of running over time , and but that’s being very nit picking as overall experience was great"

"HiyaCar themselves are helpful.& Exceptional. Only drawback I find is the curfew of 10pm & filthy vehicles. Other than that they have repeatedly been used by me."

"Smooth experience of hiring the car. Car was a great drive. Slightly dirty interior and air-conditioning was not working on a very warm day. Owner was notified and replied promptly about getting it rectified. Will hire again."

"Fuel was VERY empty which required me to fuel the car up more than I actually needed and also had to drive to a gas station which was more expensive than others but due to the low fuel I had to take ethics nearest one."
