"Very difficult to open the car when in area with no internet connection. Been painful for a countryside trip"

"The car was very hard to lock up from the app and key can only manually lock. We were using rhe vehicle in the countryside with little reception. So locking the car was really a big issue. Maybe it need to updates the system. Car was driving fine with no problem apart from locking it up. Hiyapp help team responded quite fast which was another positive side. So 3/5 rating from me."
