"The car was filthy, there were empty bottles and ash all over the interior. It also had a terrible stench of weed that would persist for the entire duration of the booking. Outside, it was covered in dirt, the number plate was barely visible, it had clearly gone off-road in a previous trip.
I used this car last year and was happy with it, that is why I booked it again, but given the lack quality and cleanliness, I will not book this car again. I expected more of hiyacar as this is one their own vehicle."

"The car is by now very familiar (this was my 5th rental) and was largely fine as usual. Problems with fuel gauge have worsened however and are now making an accurate assessment of the needed refuelling volume difficult. The digital gauge was unreliable a few months back so there is little new news there, but by now even the mechanical gauge takes about an hour post-refuelling to reflect the actual situation with fuel in the tank. Until this problem is fixed (should be easy with a Kia!), drivers should retain fuel receipts in case of an issue."

"Vehicle was good in terms of functionality. However, this has been very repetitive almost every rental; The interior condition of the car is horrendous. Other than this time Hiyacar were effecient and helpful."
