"The car was ok, no major issues just some small frustrations like the fuel tank not being full on pick up, only less than a quarter which is frustrating because you never know how much to put in it when trying to return the car with the same amount of fuel. The car was also a bit dirty inside. Otherwise the car is ok to drive though not particularly enjoyable. It does the job to get from A to B but don’t expect a great driving experience with it."

"Honestly, the ONLY good thing about hiyacar is the fact that they don't take a fat deposit from your account. Now I'm seeing why that's not such a bad option with others. Vehicle I had was absolutely filthy & disgusting; thank God I arrived late to a wedding that was 2.5 hours away or else I wouldve been told to turn around. Apparently its "mentioned in the clause" so it's a good excuse to leave the car as a mini farm. Car had issues with its android auto function and kept reconnecting; not a nice feeling when you're 150miles out with no idea where you are! Only good note was the live team were helpful HOWEVER - HiyaCar Team; please do better with this QuickStart system. I was about to be stranded out 200miles due to NO INTERNET to unlock the bloody car; imagine if my phone died and I had no way of charging it? Yeah right "Internet not needed" then why would it not unlock the car? Honestly not the best first experience. I think I'll be sticking to what I know best for next long journey"

"The car was extremely easy and practical to pick up and very nice to drive. However, I do have an issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle. Last time I had used the same car, I noticed a lot of stains and the floor was dirty and dusty. After last time’s review, I was expecting the car to be in a cleaner state especially since this vehicle is managed by HiyaClub. Instead it was in exactly the same state if not worse. Are the cars managed by Hiya never cleaned internally?"
