"Hi Hiyacar,
I need to report this car for urgent need of a service. I have had it for the past 3 days and had issues every day.
First day - pickup - the app was not able to open the car for me. I had to seek assistance. Once in I discovered the car was dirty - which was disappointing.
But also the car key does not function properly. The central locking buttons don’t work and the button to flip the key part out doesn’t work. I had to use a hair grip the pick it out of the key fob.
Day two - when I was out and about to head home I couldn’t get the car to start. It just turned over.
I sort assistance. Suggested killing the app which I did. And it did start.
Day 3 - on three further occasions I couldn’t start the car. We all had to get out. Lock the car, unlock and get back in. One time I was just rolling, heading for a brick wall. It wouldn’t recognise reverse. I had to turn off the car and start over. This time reverse engaged. It was really scary. Not a safe feeling from this hire."

"Car was nice although boot was a little smaller than expected given size of the car. Car was slow to connect to lock and unlock which was annoying and had an error message when checking it in and out with the unlocking/ locking."

"Really unreliable unlocking/ignition. Had to keep locking and unlocking the car to get the ignition to start. This used up at least 30 mins of my 3-hour booking (several stops and starts)."
