"Good overall as usual but a few issues to flag:
- car smells of fish, couldn’t figure out source of this
- car fuel cap cover would not open
- app a bit buggy around photo upload had to restart process again
- app a bit buggy around lock unlock, wouldn’t keep up to date with if it was locked or unlocked"

"Car engine sounds like it needs a service. Clutch worn out. Immobiliser was inconsistent in unlocking leaving us sitting in the car for 15 mins. Needs a thorough clean and smells of smoke."

"An unimaginably bad customer experience. The car inexplicably locked whilst in a petrol station. Was consequently stuck there for an hour with no meaningful action from Hiyacar. Eventually got it going again whilst rolling it from the forecourt."
