"Having used Zipcar vehicles before, I was mightily surprised to receive an extra charge (that would have been a deal breaker when making the travel choice) for not having topping up the fuel, AND an extra administrative charge for topping it up.
With hindsight, I have now found the smallprint line, so I know I've no legal right to challenge the surcharges (neither of them). However, I still find the fact that I was never reminded to do it, when completing the trip, very unfair."

"Great drive. Very unclean when picked up inside and out. Very sticky sap from trees. Washed all window but no carwash available locally. So body still sticky."

"Terrible condition the car was not very well looked after. We had to wash it and clean the interior ourselves. Had we known the vehicle was this dirty probably wouldn't have bothered hiring."
