"Joyous experience! Loved the vehicle. First time driving an electric car but guidance provided by Cleo helped me. I felt a little nervous as I was doing a long journey but it all went smoothly as I had forward planned my charge spots. Charging is actually very easy even for a beginner. Car feels great to drive and is very nippy! Will definitely borrow again."

"Excellent experience, very friendly and helpful owner. Easy to drive car. However, this is the first time I have used hiya car and I did not find the app easy to use. I couldn’t work out how to take photos of the car, is it via the app or do we do it on our own phones? Also do I have to register I have returned the car?"
