"When the car is charged it works perfectly, however with no rapid charging points close by if you pick it up with low charge it makes for a tricky hire."

"Horrible experience. Car was not charged, I got zero warning. Couldn't change plans on such short notice. The place I went to did not have a charger. Ended up going to a shell station only to find there was no card in the car. Had to pay £40 from my own as it was not working otherwise"

"Complete debacle - first car didn’t unlock after an hour of trying and terrible customer service only contactable via online chat. Was then sent over to a second car, which wasn’t where it was advertised to be. When it was finally found it wasn’t fully charged and discharged much faster than suggested. To top it off when completing the rental the car didn’t lock and had to spend another 15 minutes getting in contact with customer service to lock the car remotely. Hiyacar software and customer service let the whole system down. When asking after all of the above whether a partial refund was possible, they declined only offering future credit that I will not bother wasting another day on."

"Hooo where do I start.
The car looks amazing, but....
.... it was on 20% when we picked it up and we had to look for a charging point. After 60 min of charging it was on only 16%.
.... it's hard to find charing points. I would not hire it as its too expensive.
The steering wheel is a bit faulty it slides to the side when u speed up.
Looking the car after the drop off was hard.
Electric hmmm not worth it."
