"Vehicle was good but the CarPlay socket was not functioning and the satnav was not working (the location of the car just stayed in one place).
Very frustrating as we spent a lot of time locating / buying / trying 3 separate cables and none of them worked.
The owner should test these things in between rentals."

"I couldn't take my daughter to her 1st communion.
Her mum booked an ubber as the car was not at the address I booked. And the charge was 27% couldn't do much with it.

"Everything was great, aside from the fact that the battery was not fully charged when I picked up the car (only 75%). I needed the car for a 100mile round trip, but given that it can do >200miles on a full charge I wasn't too worried. It did make for a nervous return journey as the power ran down quicker than I had expected - eventually managed to get home with 15% charge remaining.. Do make sure that you do your calculations if you're planning to go on a long journey!"
