"This is my go to car when I need one each time I drive it the more and more I enjoy it. This time round tho I picked the car up with 1% battery and then had to wait 2 hours for it to get a decent charge before I could carrying on with my day. I was gifted back my 2 hours but I lost slot of work due to this issue. But apart from that it does what it says on the tin and more snd given the chance would drive this vehicle every day if I could"

"Owner is perfect as usual and the car drives Amazing. Could not fault anything with the car except charging I spent 3 hours trying to charge the car. And it wouldn’t have it. Also Hiyacar are amazing but these electric cars need maybe a booklet or somthing that explains the step by step guide on how to put car on charge."

You're not set to hire EV, I'll avoid this company in the future.

"Very nice car. Would rent again. Could benefit from a quick clean up. It could help if you could extend the max mileage a bit I think. I would suggest to maybe try to communicate with the next customer of the battery's % level when charging from last customer was not possible."

"This car was given to me with <7% battery. I’m new to electric car so I had to struggle charge the car as most of the stations were faulty. It’s great to have electric car on hire, but the information about charging and ease of charge still far for hiring this car for long miles."

"Lovely, well maintained vehicle! Clearer instructions on charging expectation would be helpful. Sat Nav disconnected during journeys but all mobiles can connect to car easily. Brilliant drive on motorways and inner city roads. Spacious boot for family of 3/4 luggage if being used for weekend/camping/caravan holidays. Really good price"
