"Absolutely disgusting service today. Car parked 15 mins away in totally different street, support aware but didn't let us know for 50mins. Car was then almost dead battery do had to charge. Charging faulty so in total left 3 hours later & the support interaction was so unhelpful & solely focused on stressing no refunds. Totally expect my money back for this awful experience"

"Absolutely to be avoided. It’s simply impossible to charge this car without the necessary cable which doesn’t come with the car. Also even if you manage to get a spot to charge it will take hours."
