"The car battery is dead and won’t start. We had to purchase £15 worth of cables to start which j expect to be refunded together with part of the rental given the inconvenience caused."

"We had a terrible experience. I would not recommend at all.
The car does not have a cruise control which was not informed and highlighted.
On a long trip Cruise Control is a must.
The car was used as a Taxi for last 5 years and run over 105,000 miles. As you understand, you have lot of trouble to drive a car like this. I would never ever use this car!
Pick up and Return was a nightmare. With several request owner did not come to handover or receive the car after the trip. Did not respond to phone call. Did not answer the door bell (Both times that is while pick up and Return). We had to wait for an hour in the rain outside a council flat to open the main entrance by someone else. That was pathetic. Communication and conduct was horrible.
