"Good little car for couple hours if you need it. To help people who are first time electric car users. When you get to the car just open the booking section in hiyacar and you can unlock the car, speed is redtricted to 65 mph, the car is little bit slow on the motorway so dont overtake. Everything was fine"

"I was billed an additional miles charge two days after the booking, because the company updated the mileage allowance from 300 to 200 miles. I clearly remember that I rented it at 300, so I was refunded. However nowhere on the app or on the rental agreement I was able to find the correct mileage allowance, and I only remembered clearly by memory. Also when I tried to look around to book the car again to see the allowance on a new booking, it wasn't around anywhere, and in the same place there was instead another car by the same company. Very shady.
About the car: it was at 30% charge, resulting in extending the booking to charge it. Also surprising since it was mentioned they aim to at least 60%.
The car had some times an alarm beeping, false alarm since it seemed everything was fine, and it was disappearing soon."
