"The car had a faulty gear box and was filthy - covered in dirt and dog hair. If it hadn’t been an emergency, we would have cancelled the hire completely. Unfortunately, there were no other cars available locally. This car did not feel safe."

"That was my worst renting experience on Hiyacar. It was pretty dirty with full of dog hair in the boot and the seats. There were leftover water bottles, some tennis balls, and coffee cups. Furthermore, instant start of the car didn’t work so everytime we had to contact helpline to get the car locked and unlocked. That was very inconvenient, we had lost so much time and couldn’t complete our journey as planned. It took quite a while for the help desk to respond when picking up the car and following few instances. Anyway they were good later today. I would suggest this car not to be put on rent again."
