"very clean, nice car. this is a great rental. had some issues getting into the car but this is more lack of detail from hiyacar then anything else. would recommend. one minor thing is that it would be best to get the car full of petrol to return full rather then needing to figure out the amount to enter based on miles. other then that. great !"

"This car had multiple problems. From the key not opening and locking the car, to fuel tank not opening properly, to the very distracting rear view mirror that also shows you digitally what’s in front of you. I like hiyacar but definitely not using this car again."

"Not the best experience. Went to pick up the original car (Astra) I went to hire, the car battery was dead. The owner offered me this car instead, however, it also had a warning light on the dashboard. When I reached home, I did not feel comfortable driving the car on the motorway because I didn't feel safe so it was a waste of a hire car and an inconvenience. Furthermore, the driver asked to see my bank card which isn't a part of the policy! And he was 15 minutes late when I dropped the car back off to him. A bad experience from a 'top owner' The service from Hiyacar was great regardless"

"Everything went smooth from pickup to contacting the owner. Alex was very accomodating. The only issue we had was that i couldnt enter the starting milage because the system doesnt disable the alarm until you enter the milage so thats a fault on hiyacars “quickstart” system. The car was clean amd exactly where alex said it was. We struggled to get the car up to 70mph and once we started going up an incline the car started dropping milage. I reported this to Alex and he said he will get it sorted as soon as i drop it off. I would definitely hiya from Alex again though ✌🏻"
