"There was selotape used to secure items down to the inside of the vehicle. The sound system did not work, there was a warning message that appeared (Engine Malfunction) whilst on the motorway (it was only until later that sher explained this was normal). The sensor on the door of the boot is temperamental and wrongly announced that the boot was pen when it wasnt after a bag pressed against it on the motorway (i had to pull over twice to correct this). The car shakes as you reach 60/70 miles an hour. Other than that the car got us there and back safely and sher was great at their handling of the booking, even when I brought the car back 30 minutes later than scheduled. "

"The vehicle was very comfortable and pleasant to drive, with the only minor issue being that the radio wasn't working and couldn't therefore connect a phone via bluetooth. Sher was very helpful and communicative throughout. The vehicle was returned slightly late by the previous hirer, for which Sher was very apologetic and offered to come to us to hand over the vehicle. I would hire again from Sher."
