"Melissa was very prompt in replying and the instructions for the car she gave were comprehensive and useful. The car with the big space was perfect for me and it was easy to operate. I didn’t give 5* to the car because the air con did not work on a hot day, not really Melissa’s fault. On another British typical day it wouldn’t have been an issue. But overall I was happy and will hire the car again from Melissa in the future."
