"John came out to give me a hand getting it started - as an EV newbie - and provided good instructions. The car was fine, and it was great to get it at short notice with a child seat. You do burn through battery on a cold day on the motorway so if you’re travelling far you definitely need to factor in charge time. I guess that’s true of all EVs though. Overall very happy though"

"John was super helpful and responded to lots of questions I had about electric vehicles! The car was very comfy and once you get to grips with it, you’d never go back to a petrol car again! Pick up and drop off very easy, Thanks for showing us how to use the car beforehand. Very useful! Look forward to hiring it out again soon. Thanks"
