"Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this driver. When picking up, she drove nearly 100 meters with the hand-brake on, a clear sign of a novice driver that could have caused significant damage to the car. On the second day, there was also a puncture, which might have resulted from her inexperience or possibly driving off-road. While the owner does provide full AA fleet recovery and towing, and the wheel nut issue was resolved by the AA, this level of driving carelessness is concerning. I recommend caution if considering this driver for future trips."
