"Vehicle dirty and checking process not in a logical continuity. In my opinion, it should be first outside pictures then inside pictures and finally the mileage and petrol tank level. You have to get in the car (close all doors…. Not mentioned on the process) take the levels and then get out the car take inside pictures and then get in the car to drive…. If you want to extend for 10 mins it won’t allowed you, only 15 min and it’s so expensive!!!! £11 for 15 min it’s ridiculous!"

"The car itself was good but the previous user smoked in the car and even left their lighter , so it was unpleasant and also had left the very lowest amount of petrol so the gauge kept beeping and had to be filled before setting off on actual journey which was inconvenient the system works well, though it was expensive for 4 hours of use"

"Please (avoid) booking this car until they sort out the key function. Trying to open and close the car was a complete hassle and had to contact the team every single time to do so. If that was not bad enough the key would also not start either once inside. The actual car is a nice drive. But there is another one just the same that is also in a better location near by, and does not have the same functional issues. Highly disappointed will never use this car again knowingly sorry, The team did their best to sort the situation out but at the end of the day as I customer I was not satisfied with"
